I’ll Help You to Regain a Warm and Loving Relationship
Are you feeling numb and lonely in your relationship?
Are you feeling stuck and sad in your relationship?
Are you experiencing difficulties with your partner?
Most couples come to therapy in deep pain and disillusionment about each other and their relationship. Relationships expose people’s vulnerabilities, bring forth the deepest issues in their lives, and recreate their earliest affective relationships.
I will help you explore what drew you and your parther together in the first place in order to discover what your bond has meant to you. Couples therapy can spark change within each partner to help you reconnect to the qualities you each found attractive in each other in the first place. When you focus on the self as the target for change, the relationship itself is enriched. Learning about the cycle you are caught up in can free you up and create hope for change.
